This panel is located along the intersection of three major corridors of Bakersfield. Golden State Avenue (State Route 204) has two intersections which connects travelers to State Route 178 and Highway 99. This is a prime location to get your message out, it is visible when traveling to northwest Bakersfield or north on Highway 99, as well as downtown Bakersfield.

Downtown tenants include the Superior Court, the District Attorney’s Office, the Public Defender’s office, the Worker’s Compensation Board, numerous law firms, and Rabobank Arena, which hosts our hockey games, basketball games, plays, and concerts.
