Conlee Outdoor Advertising is a locally owned and operated outdoor advertising company. General Manager, Shelli Carlovsky, has worked in the outdoor advertising industry since 1999. Prior to owning her own companies, Shelli was a manager of one of the nation’s largest outdoor companies. Shelli is experienced in all facets of outdoor advertising from leasing and construction to marketing and sales.

Born and raised in Bakersfield, Shelli prides herself on the relationship she has built with her community. In view of the tremendous growth in and around Kern County, Shelli sees that outdoor advertising remains the best way to reach your consumer.
